Meet Chanan Greenberg,
Founder of North Star Strategy Advisors
Throughout my career, I’ve led software companies through critical phases of growth and change, from seed stage to IPO, market expansion, business-model shifts, multiple M&As, and a private-equity buyout. I’ve served as CEO, GM, and SVP of Marketing and Corporate Strategy, and I’ve led numerous planning cycles both in-house and as a client of firms like BCG, PwC, and The Chasm Group.

What I love most: partnering with teams to chart the next 2–3 years, entering new markets, launching winning products, growing through acquisition, and tightening go-to-market execution. Along the way, I’ve helped scale revenue from $12M to $265M, increase market cap 6×, achieve 50%+ penetration in multiple verticals, 10× ARR, and led multiple accretive acquisitions. Those outcomes came from disciplined strategy, translated into operational plans and measured execution.
